The learning service

Nudi teaches contemporary Bengaluru-standard spoken Kannada alongside standard written Kannada. The course targets CEFR-aligned outcomes, but Nudi is not a language certification and does not guarantee a particular proficiency result.

Prototype status

This is a private-launch product. Features, lessons, prices, and availability may change as we test them. Kannada content is being prepared for native-linguist and pedagogy review; please report errors rather than relying on Nudi for high-stakes translation.

Accounts and acceptable use

Account sign-in is provided by Supabase Auth using confirmed email accounts. Supabase handles password verification, confirmation, and recovery; Nudi does not store your password. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. If account sign-in is not available, Nudi may save a guest profile to your current browser; guest progress may not follow you to another device or a later account.

• Do not disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or privacy-invasive material.
• Do not impersonate another learner or manipulate XP, streaks, or future leaderboards.

Free access and chapter passes

The first published chapter, its available review activities, and heart-recovery practice are free. Access to later published chapters requires the applicable paid pass. A paid pass also includes the benefits shown at the time of purchase; unreleased content becomes available only when Nudi publishes it. XP, mastery, and learning outcomes cannot be purchased.

Direct UPI purchases and verification

Current passes are one-time purchases paid directly to 7008212549@naviaxis; they are not recurring subscriptions. Check the payee, amount, pass, and Nudi payment reference before approving payment in your UPI app. Nudi will never ask for your UPI PIN, bank password, or banking-app credentials.

After paying, submit the matching UPI transaction reference (UTR) on Nudi. A submitted UTR creates a pending request, not instant access. Access is granted only after an authorized reviewer matches the amount, Nudi reference, and payment record. Incorrect, incomplete, duplicate, or unverifiable claims may be rejected. Do not submit a UTR that belongs to another person without their permission.

The price, included access, and any refund or cancellation terms are shown before payment. If a duplicate payment, wrong amount, or technical problem occurs, contact Nudi support with the Nudi reference and UTR. Any consumer rights that the law requires remain unaffected.

Advertising

Free pages may contain clearly labelled, frequency-capped advertising or sponsor messages. Ads are not placed inside an active lesson, checkout, account, or administration screen. Nudi does not require an ad click, disguise ads as lesson controls, or make ad engagement a condition of XP, mastery, review access, or payment verification.

Where enabled, Google AdSense may supply website ads. A consent-gated Meta Pixel may measure Nudi's own marketing; it does not supply publisher ads. You can decline optional personalization or marketing measurement without losing the free first chapter. An ad-free benefit applies only when it is included in your verified pass.

Content and feedback

Nudi's interface, original lessons, artwork, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use lesson material for personal learning, but may not republish the course or sell copies. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Nudi without identifying you publicly.

Availability and responsibility

The prototype is provided on an “as available” basis. We may pause it for maintenance or end the private launch. To the extent the law permits, Nudi is not responsible for indirect losses caused by relying on a lesson, translation, or unavailable feature. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Speech recognition, machine translation, and AI-assisted explanations may be incomplete or wrong. They are learning aids, not professional advice. Low-confidence speech and unreviewed AI output do not remove hearts or determine mastery, payment verification, or account access.

Changes and questions

We will post revised terms here with a new date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise. Use the support or feedback channel shown in Nudi for an account, lesson, payment, or advertising question.
